BordQ licenses are digital software licenses delivered instantly after purchase. Because the license key is issued and usable immediately, refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis.
When we do refund
- The license key was not delivered or is not functioning after reasonable troubleshooting.
- You were charged in error (duplicate purchase, billing mistake).
- A technical issue on our end prevents the software from functioning as described, and we cannot resolve it.
When we do not refund
- Change of mind after the license key has been issued and used.
- Incompatibility with hardware or OS versions outside the stated requirements (Windows 10/11).
- Issues caused by third-party software conflicts unrelated to BordQ.
